1.Rules for Character Naming
Your character name is the first impression other players will get about you, the player. Please take time to choose your in-game name carefully and wisely.
In order to avoid controversial problems with English names, players are advised to avoid naming their character, guild and pets in any manner that might constitute a violation of any of the following categories:
Please do not use nicknames that would touch areas belonging to the vocabulary:
- Ethnic / religious
- Political parties
- Extreme sex / violence
- Country / political relevance
- Sexual orientated
- Obscene / vulgar
- In violation of state laws or violating social norms and moral civilization
- Advertising /Private Server/ external / virus / Trojan type of information
- Attacks / defamation against Cubinet Interactive Sdn. Bhd. companies or employees
- Attacks / defamation spokesmen’s image for the Forsaken World Online
- Attacks / defamation of other players
This list is not exhaustive and while we hope to have covered all sensitive or inappropriate areas, Cubinet Interactive Sdn.Bhd. has the right to expand this list and penalize players based on its own judgment of the matter. Failure to comply may result in your character name being altered or penalties applied from the “Illegal Punishment Ordinance”.
2. Usernames, Character and Guild Names.
Each user will create a character name within the Program. Additionally, users may form "guilds" and such users will be required to choose a name for the guild. When you create a character name, a guild, or otherwise create a label that can be seen by other players using the Program, you must abide by the following guidelines as well as the rules of common decency.
If GMs of Cubinet Interactive Sdn.Bhd. finds such a label to be offensive or improper, it may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change the name, remove the label and corresponding chat room, and/or suspend or terminate your use of the Program.
In particular, you may not use any name:
- Belonging to another person with the intent to impersonate that person, including without limitation a "Game Master" or any other employee or agent of Cubinet
- That incorporates vulgar languages or which are otherwise offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable
- Subject to the rights of any other person or entity without written authorization from that person or entity
- That belongs to a popular culture figure, celebrity, or media personality
- That is, contains, or is substantially similar to a trademark or service mark, whether registered or not
- Belonging to any religious figure or deity
- Taken from Cubinet's Game products
- Related to drugs, sex, alcohol, or criminal activities
- Comprised of partial or complete sentence (e.g., "Iamking", "Yousuck", etc)
- Comprised of gibberish (e.g., "Asdfsdf", "Rthnien", "Prtyuiop")
- Referring to pop culture icons or personas (e.g. " "OJSimpson", "McDonalds", "Cicakman")
- That incorporates titles. For purposes of this subsection, "titles" shall include without limitation 'rank' titles (e.g. , "SgtSid," or "CptnZed"), monarchistic or fantasy titles (e.g., "LordPisau", "DonMiguel"), and religious titles unless specifically permitted.
You may not use a misspelled or an alternative spelling to circumvent the name restrictions listed above, nor can you have a "first" and "last" name that, when combined, violate the above name restrictions.
3. Use third-party software management rules
Forsaken World Online Malaysia Free Version has been carefully crafted to provide a level playing field for all players. Any activities not intended by game design which affect the economy, the client, player characters or the world itself have a tremendous negative impact on the potential enjoyment for all players. The effects of these activities take many forms including a bloated game economy, server instability, and allowing unauthorized access to accounts, computers, and player data. As such, we take the following issues very seriously and take swift and appropriate action on all players involved in these malicious activities related to Forsaken World Online Malaysia Free Version. Below are guidelines detailing what repercussions to expect when we discover evidence of these activities. We reserve the right to evaluate each incident on a case by case basis, and in extreme cases, take action beyond what is detailed here.
Third-party software
Third-party software means any non-“Beijing Perfect World Co. Ltd.” in the development or use of authorized software. Such software is used will have an impact on the game (such as acceleration, Blink movement automatically games, Bots), that may lead to unstable server and client, and might result in gamers’ infected computer viruses, Trojans or other unknown procedures.
Cubinet Interactive Sdn Bhd is strongly against any use of third-party software within the "Forsaken World Online Malaysia Free Version" game. If it is found that there is such use amongst the players, we will take the following measures:
- Warning
- Prohibit log in
- Freeze online account
- Ban online account
In extreme circumstances, we will use your account and game information as proof to our judicial system.
4. GM In-Game
During your time in Forsaken World Online Malaysia, you may need to communicate with the GM for help or for various reasons. When communicating with GMs please note the following points:
In-game communication with GM:
You may send information to the GMs using the “Seek Online Customer Service” button which can be found under the “System Related” button. A GM will respond to you via PM when they are able to.
Do be mindful that every time you submit an issue, your issue will be put in the GM queue and a GM will respond to it as soon as possible so please do not send unrelated information. Doing so may delay service to other players who may have serious problems and may result in serious repercussions for your account.
Recognizing a GM:
A real GM will have a “GM“ image displayed in bright red. This image will be located to the right of the name. (ie: after the name)
If someone appears to claims to be a GM asking you to co-operate with them and you are uncertain if that player really is a GM, the best way to confirm this is to call customer service at (6)03-2298 2000.
Customer service will be able to confirm if the character really is a GM on duty.
As administrators, GM’s in-game is responsible for overseeing the smooth daily operations of the game. GM’s do not manage normal phenomenon or events in the game, but rather, are there to ensure that the majority of the players in the game are able to enjoy a good gaming environment.
GM Role
GMs will pay special attention to, may give warnings for, and may even ban the following topics:
- Ethnic / religious.
- Political parties.
- Extreme sex / violence.
- Country / political relevance.
- Sexual orientation.
- The obscene / vulgar.
- In violation of state law or violating social norms and morality.
- Advertising /Private Server/ external / virus / Trojan type of information.
- Attacks / defamation Cubinet Interactive Sdn Bhd companies or employees.
- Attacks / defamation spokesmen image for the Forsaken World Online.
- To spread knowledge of a BUG existence within the game.
GM’s will also check for the following and may directly ban accounts for the following:
- The use of external and/or third-party software support for games
- Using the knowledge of a BUG within the game to earn profits (Including Key Locker, keyboard key-stuck, Script)
GMs will not intervene disputes between players and will not act based on information from only one side. If you feel that a GM has treated you unfairly, you can send an e-mail about your case to

Every player is our valued customer and we hope you will treat our GMs with as much respect as they treat you. Our aim is to communicate with players clearly and effectively to solve the problem quickly and efficiently to ensure that players may return to enjoying their game.
Important: Please take special note that any official Cubinet staff (including GMs) will never ask for your password!
5. Illegal Punishment Ordinance
We welcome all players in Forsaken World Online Malaysia and to experience the fun of the game. We are constantly upgrading our services to serve our players better. However, for those who affect other players in the game, damage games fairness and block services, we will take punitive measures. Please believe that we do not like punishing players, but in order to maintain the quality of services, we have no choice but to a very small number of players who have violated our terms and conditions to be punished.
Warning:
In the game, you may receive from the GM warnings. These warnings are to remind you the rules of the game and ask of you to immediately correct any errors on your part. We strongly recommend that you immediately heed the warning to stop your current behaviour. If you have any queries please go to Homepage "Game Master (GM) rules" in the Inquiry section.
We do not usually give out warnings but if you continue to ignore any of these warnings, you will be subjected to even more severe punishment.
Prohibit character log in:
If your character is frozen, please contact GM to resolve the matter.
Log-in to your character may be prohibited by the following circumstance:
- Character is buggy.
- Character has breached any of the rules within "Illegal Punishment Ordinance", "The Character of naming rules," "Use third-party software management rules"
- Due to unforseen circumstances in game and GMs cannot contact account user.
Frozen online account:
If your account is frozen, please contact GM to resolve the matter.
Accounts will be banned due to the following circumstances:
- A buggy account.
- Account has breached any of the rules within “Illegal Punishment Ordinance", "The character of naming rules," "Use third-party software management rules"
- Authorities have jurisdicted specified reasons.
- Due to unforseen circumstances in game and GMs cannot contact account user.
