To redeem virtual items (Newbie Card, Newbie Pack, Event Prize etc.)
1. Create a game character before claiming your virtual items.
2. Go to http://www.cubizone.com , login your cubizone account .
3. Select "Members"
4. Select "Item Claim Section" and click "Next"
5. Select "Game Name" , and select "Server Name" , then click "Next"
6. Select the "Claim Type".
7. Select your "Receiving Character"
8. Please note that only character appear under "Receiving Character" can use the redeemed items.
9. Enter the redemption code / softpin.
10. Please log off and login again the game client. Wait for 15 minutes before receiving your items
To collect redeemed items:
1. Look for "Mailbox" inside game.
2. Collect item by mail.
